By accessing or using DevBeaver ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

DevBeaver provides free online developer tools including:

• RSA encryption/decryption tool (server-side processing)
• Base64 encoder/decoder tools (server-side processing)
• Cryptographic hash generators (server-side processing)
• Barcode generators (server-side processing)
• Paste and Share tool (server-side processing with temporary storage)
• Base64 encoder/decoder
• JWT encoder/decoder
• UUID generators
• JSON formatters
• Other programming utilities

All tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use tools only for lawful purposes
• Not submit sensitive or confidential information
• Not attempt to disrupt or compromise our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Acknowledge that some tools require server processing and data transmission
• Not use the Paste and Share tool to share copyrighted, illegal, or confidential content
• Understand that shared content may be accessible to others with the link

3a. Paste and Share Feature Terms

Additional terms apply to the use of our Paste and Share feature:

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you paste and share using this feature.

Do not upload, share, or distribute any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise violates applicable laws or the rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, or personal privacy rights).

Do not share sensitive personal information (such as financial details, government IDs, health records, or passwords).

Temporary Storage

Content pasted is stored temporarily (for up to 20 minutes) in our system's cache (Redis), encoded in Base64 format, to facilitate link generation and access.

After the 2-minute window, the content is automatically deleted and is not recoverable.

Limited Liability

devbeaver.com and its operators are not liable for the misuse of shared links or the distribution of pasted content by you or third parties.

We make no guarantees regarding the confidentiality, integrity, or exclusivity of the content shared.

No Ownership or Endorsement

By using this feature, you acknowledge that devbeaver.com does not claim ownership of the content you paste.

We do not monitor or endorse the content shared through this feature.

Prohibited Uses

You must not use this feature to upload or share:

• Content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Personally identifiable information without consent.
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code.
• Content in violation of any law or regulation.

Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the "Paste & Share" feature at any time.

Terms may be updated occasionally, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

4. Data Processing

For certain tools (RSA, Base64, Hash Generator, Barcode Generator, Paste and Share):

• Your data is transmitted to our servers for processing
• Data is processed in memory and not permanently stored (Paste and Share data is temporarily stored in Redis)
• Request headers are logged for security monitoring
• You retain ownership of your input data

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service are owned by DevBeaver. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our tools to create a competing service

6. Limitation of Liability

DevBeaver shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits resulting from tool use
• Accuracy of tool outputs (always verify critical results)
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue tools without notice
• Change data processing methods as needed
• Limit access if terms are violated

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
